Riley – As of this post, 10 of 29 starters in the Vendee Globe Race have been at sea alone since November 6, 2016. The current “pickle boat” still has over 4600 nm to the finish line. Armel Le Cléac’h was 1st to finish on January 19, 2017 setting a new monohull record of 74 days 3 hours 35 minutes 46 seconds non-stop around the planet alone. Still feeling lonely ? haha ! http://tracking2016.vendeeglobe.org/gv5ip0/
