  1. Love the video. I just sailed through this same area last month going from Mayaguana to Nassau. Thanks for the tip some time ago about crewing through findacrew.net . It was a dream come true.

  2. About half way through the video the camera focused on Elaynas face and she was absolutely miles away, “gone with the wind” and I wondered what was going through that pretty little head of hers. Deep in thought she appeared to be and just after that she turned to camera and said,”just puked 3 times and I’m always the same first day out!”
Almost fell off my chair as I thought Elayna was thinking great things when in actual fact was only focused on the horizon and getting fresh air on her face.

  3. I KNOW THAT ONE DAY YOU WILL GET TIRED AN I HOPE THAT ONE DAY YOU GET OVER OF BEING TIRED MAKING MONEY SHOWING YOUR DAILY LIFE (ALL LIVE) TO ALL OF US….ALL DAYS THINK WHAT TO DO ,WHAT TO REC…….AND BEING SLAVE TO ALL OF US….AFTER YOU FIND POWER TO LIVE CALM LIFE…JUST DO IT GOOD LUCK

  4. Elayna/Rilet…Great Video as always. I’m curious about the rig loads upwind vs. downwind… a long time ago an old salt shared this adage with me, “On the wind, the boat is tougher than the men. Off the wind, the men are tougher than the boat!” It seems an America’s Cup catamaran is more likely to flip when rounding a weather mark for a downwind leg? Then when tacking up wind, ya think? Could you explore these ideas with us? I guess sea state has something to do with it!

  5. Hi Guys,
It’s not a good time to be doing a delivery and leaving your boat in Long Island. I hope your luck doesn’t run out. There are so many reasons not to be doing this! Listen to your inner voice…it’s like reefing, if you have to ask the question, you already know the answer.
    Best wishes,
    Bill
