We’re here in Madeira where we thought the weather would be a bit better. No big deal, we’re at the usually very sheltered and safe port of Quinta do Lorde. Except the winds are coming in straight up the entrance of the marina. And they’re really big winds… …obviously we’re at port but there’s heaps to do to prepare your floating home for serious winds and more water coming from above us than below. And because we’re not having to deal with a storm in the middle of an ocean, we properly get to show you how it’s done. Come check it out and maybe there’s a bit of sun and sights at the end of the low, fingers crossed.

Thanks for sharing your exciting bout with the weather! We are in for “ eight straight “ days of snow here in eastern Washington, where the temps have been dipping down in the single digits. Not as exciting as what you guys have seen, but it sure “feels” extreme! Where is my bowl of hot soup??? Have loved every episode of your videos for years, and now it’s all about that show stealing ale I, who is so cute it’s probably illegal in many places on this crazy side planet. He is growing up so fast to those of us who only get glimpses into his life in your videos , that it boggles the mind. Girls hearts will be broken, that will s for sure!
